Suffering from leg length discrepancy can cause a wide range of issues, from lower back pain to knee pain. Thankfully, leg length discrepancies are easily alleviated. The Adjust-A-Lift Leg Length Discrepancy Heel Lift is an adjustable heel lift that allows you to get a customised lift in your shoe.

Featuring three layers of 3mm rubber that can be removed or added to give you the right amount of support and comfort, the Adjust-A-Lift Insert is an excellent and effective way of getting to the root cause of the problem. The layers are easily peeled away so you get tailored support.

How Does the Adjust-a-Heel Lift Work?

Designed to compensate for a leg length discrepancy, the Adjust-a-Heel Lift sits inside the shoes to raise the height of one heel. Each Lift is made up of multiple different rubber layers that are 3mm thick.

These rubber layers can be removed based on the severity of your discrepancy. The Adjust-A-Heel Lift is fitted with a thin layer of suede which improves the overall comfort and fit inside your shoe.

Sizing Information for the Adjust-A-Heel Lift

The heel lifts come individually. Each one is suitable for either the left or the right shoe. Please use the table below and your normal shoe size to judge the best size.

The lifts are easy and quick to use as neither the foot bed or an insole needs to be removed in order to apply the heel lift.

Neoprene Rubber Foundation

The lifts are made from three 3mm layers of neoprene rubber, finished with a layer of leather. Each layer can be individually removed to adjust the height until it is the best match for your needs.

The leather top layer is both comfortable and absorbent, protecting your shoe from any sweat.

Care Instructions

Wipe the heel lift clean with a damp cloth using soap (if necessary). Do not place in a washer or dryer.

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Thanks for my heel raise. I have a shortened femur after a bad fracture and have been suffering with lower back pain and twisted pelvis for many years. Previous insoles have been unhelpful as they have been longer and I could not furthering my shoes so I always gave up.
Your product is perfect as it is only the heel area that is raised and fits in all my shoes easier.
I am slowly adjusting to a new position which has caused some aches and pains but I know this is ultimately helping me already.
I will be purchasing more of this product.

Bought along with a silicone heel which I do prefer. This one is like cork so doesn’t feel like the 9mm as there is a little give in it

This worked well and has enabled me to lower it as time has gone on. I used it because of tendonitis in my ankle and has really helped with the treatment so it has nearly gone.

Shoe lifts

My mum had a fall and had to have an emergency hip op which left her with one leg shorter than the other. On searching the web I came across the shoe lifts. Mum has been using them in her shoe and is very happy with them. Very comfortable and gaining confidence now she is walking on the level. I got two in one shoe which was 3cm which matched the difference in her legs. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.
