Rolyan Pre-Formed Functional Position Splint with Slot and Loop Strapping

The Rolyan Pre-Formed Functional Position Splint with Slot and Loop Strapping is designed to place the hand in a functional position at approximately 30° of wrist extension, neutral deviation, 35° of MCP flexion and 20° of PIP and DIP flexion. This splint features slot and loop strapping for a secure and intimate fit, ensuring patient comfort and compliance.

Application of the Rolyan Pre-Formed Functional Position Splint

All Rolyan pre-formed functional positioning splints are made from low temperature thermoplastic materials that can be modified easily for a custom fit. Simply use a heat gun or hot water to adapt the material.

As these splints are supplied fully-formed, and they come in specific left and right hand models. Please make sure to select the correct model for your needs when purchasing. 

Sizing of the Pre-Formed Functional Position Splint

The Rolyan Pre-Formed Functional Position Splint with Slot and Loop Strapping is available in three different sizes. To find your size, simply follow the diagram below, measuring across the second to the fifth MCP joints, and compare to the measurements provided in the table.
