Who Can Use the Physioworx Board?

The Physioworx Board allows you to stretch out to relieve muscular tightness across the lower leg and foot area. If you suffer from one of the following conditions, the board provides suitable relief and treatment:

Calf muscle strains
Plantar fasciitis
Achilles tendon injuries

Which Angle Should I Choose?

The Physioworx can be adjusted to different angles to suit different user's requirements:

15 - 20°: If you are wary of waist injury while exercising
24°: If your feet and waist are tired easily
30°: Normal and healthy people's angle
39°: Experienced board users may experiment with this angle

The Physioworx is fully adjustable for a range of conditions

How Does the Physioworx Boost Muscle Recovery?

By stretching weak and overworked muscle tissues, the Physioworx encourages fresh blood to circulate around the affected muscles. Not only will the stretching motion increase muscle flexibility to prevent future injury, but the increase in blood circulation allows for boosted recovery from recent tissue damage and pain.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Great, but uncomfortable

I purchased this item as recommended by my physio and podiatrist due to suffering with achilles tendonopathy. It's very sturdy and easy to use. The only down side is that is very hard where your heels rest. Some sort of rubber cushioning on this part would make it so much better in my opinion. Otherwise, great product and service.

Well made product, providing different heights to give gentle through to very strong stretch of ankles and calves. Recommended to me by podiatrist for plantar faciitis relief.

Superb product that does what it says on the tin ... and more. Well made, simple to use, provides a great stretch through the entire leg (achilles, calves, hamstrings, glutes, etc) and into the back. Seems to be clearing up my plantar fasciitis (where nothing else seems to have worked), and may even spare me a spinal denervation treatment. Delighted with this product.
