How Do I Use the Auris Magnetic 6500 Gauss Box?

1. Place the ends of the right hand or foot on the North polarity (marked with an N).
2. Place the ends of the left hand or foot on the South polarity.
3. Hold the position for several minutes to let the energy flow.
