Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

I was very pleased at ease by which I could purchase these insoles. The website was clear and the purchase process was very slick.
The speed at which the emails arrived about the purchase and despatch I thought was excellent.
I received the items via post, and was greeted with a personal delivery.
Overall I have only good experiences with getting these insoles.

Although I've only had these insoles for a few days they seem to be helping with my arthritic knees. So it's early days, but I'm hopeful that the insoles will shift the bearing load to the less worn outer knees!
