How to Fit Your Neo G Elbow Support

The Neo G Golf and Tennis Elbow Epicondylitis Support couldn't be easier to fit. To correctly apply yours, please follow the guidance below:

  1. Straighten your arm and place your elbow through the support hole
  2. Position the round padded area on top of the protruding muscle just below the elbow joint
  3. Wrap the strap around the forearm muscle and tighten until firm but comfortable using the Velcro strap

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

Not effective on small arm

I couldn't get this support to fit well on my slim woman's arm (25cm at elbow). I'm not sure how tight it was meant to be, but I decided to give up as couldn't see what support it was going to practically give.

Being female I thought even though I have fairly large upper arms the largest size must be ok as that was the right measurement and there are a lot of men out there with larger arms than myself!… unfortunately, after trying to squeeze and pull it up over my arm to where it should be...it was pinching and making my arm worse so, very disappointed.

I had a really painful elbow but bought this and wore it for a week and it helped alleviate the pain more or less immediately and after a week to ten days I was able to dispense with it altogether. I have found the NeoG back support to be excellent value too.

Needed something extra for a bad case or tennis elbow. Whilst the traditional narrow band supports do help, the extra length of this seems to provide that much more support. Looking forward to trying it on the golf course once the weather improves! Great product seemingly at a good price and good delivery time.

The item itself has enabled me to get back to sea fishing (casting a beachcaster) after almost a year out. Comfortable to wear and does the job. I needed the item asap and the service I received was absolutely first class. They said they would deal with it immediately and they were as good as their word. Lightning fast delivery (next day). Very impressive and worth of 10 stars. It's refreshing to see a company actually give first class service, as opposed to most other companies just giving it lip service. Many thanks!
