Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Returns Policy

Please be advised that all e-cigarette refills must be returned in their original packaging. Once the original packaging has been broken, we are unable to guarantee the quality and integrity of the product, and it is therefore unsuitable for resale. Returns are accepted if the product is returned in a resellable condition, in its original packaging within 30 days of the product being received. I am very pleased with the product which was delivered in record time. The first few days after I stopped smoking I used the fake cigarette a few times during the day. By the third day I actually forgot to use it!!! I smoked 5-7 cigarettes a day before, my money was literally going up in smoke! Now I’m confident that by the time I exhausted the cartridges I will be free from real cigarettes!

I came across this product by chance, the regular product I was using ceased production, the product HC recommended was not for me (HC provided a
free sample). I noticed Ten Motives, and ordered some, they turned out to be much superior to my previous brand, and they work out cheaper, because they last longer. So a true 5 star ptoduct.
