Q: I can't find the product I am looking for?
There are several ways to search for an item on our website. The quickest and easiest way is by searching in our super search box. This box is at the top middle of every single page. Simply type in the product (for instance Procare Blue Vogue Arm Sling) or keywords for the type of product (terms such as Arm Sling, Bed Pillow, Knee Support). This should bring up a list of products automatically beneath the search box. Simply click on the Search button to bring up all results for your keywords.
If no results are shown, please check your spelling or use a single keyword for best results.
You can also use our menu tabs at the top of the page to navigate around the site. Simply hover over a tab such as Supports and Braces and a giant menu of categories will appear. Select the category that you require to see the full range of items.
If you still can't find what you're looking for, give our friendly customer care team a call. After all, they are there to help you with our product range of over 50,000 different items.
Q: I haven't received everything that I ordered. Are they being sent separately?
If you are expecting a delivery of multiple items, please double check your order to ensure that all items were purchased. You can see all items that you have ordered by checking the confirmation email sent to you at the time of ordering.
Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website to view all orders that you have made with us.
If you have ordered multiple items, we sometimes send these out from different warehouses to ensure your products arrive with you as quickly as possible. Different delivery services may be used depending upon size and value of the item. Your items may therefore arrive separately. If you are concerned that you have not received part of your order, please call our customer care team who will investigate your enquiry immediately.
Q: Where is my receipt or VAT invoice?
The moment that your order is placed with us, a confirmation email is sent to the email address that you have provided. Attached to this email is a PDF version of your receipt which you can open up and print for your records.
