How Do I Apply The Blister Tape Strips?

The blister tape strips are easy to apply with their simple peal and stick design but below are some more detailed instructions on how to get the most out of it:

1. Clean and dry target area before applying tape. For best results clean with rubbing alcohol and let dry
2. Take strip, start to peel back both sides of paper backing without touching the adhesive 
3. Apply adhesive side directly to desired skin area while continuing to remove paper backing
4. Gently rub the back of the tape to ensure optimal adhesion
