In addition to the usual Medi-Plinth features like MRSA-resistant upholstery, standard-fitted footswitch and high safe working load, the Physio+ 2-Section Plinth also presents several innovations. The Suspa gas strut contains an anti-entrapment design, whilst the base frame has a mobile hoist clearance, and the pivot points of all the plinth’s mechanisms have self-lubricating precision bearings.

The plinth also comes with a breathing hole and footswitch fitted as standard, and the upholstery is gusseted to cover all hinge points while still linking all other sections.

The Physio+ 2-Section Plinth is also available in a Hydraulic version for placement where power outlet access is limited or the environment is potentially corrosive in the long-term. Please note: the Hydraulic version has a much lower safe working load capacity.
