How To Use the WetSense AlertaMat

Place the Alerta Mat under a washable item such as a blanket or cushion for best hygiene practices. When unfortunate accidents happen, the mat will transmit a signal to your Wireless Receiver, so you can be notified instantly when the user needs to be treated and moved out of their chair. Use With or Without Nursecall System

To receive the alarm when it is triggered, the mat must be used with the Wall Point Receiver, which you add to your purchase at the top of the page. If using in a nursecall system, select the appropriate plug type for your system in the drop down menu next to the Receiver, or simply choose Standalone System - No Nurse Call Connection for individual use without the nursecall system.

Washing the Alerta Mat - Not For Machine Wash

This product is not suitable for machine washing, however it can be cleaned by spraying and wiping with a disinfectant. We recommend placing the item under a cushion or sheet, where it will work as normal without any issues.
