• 4cm x 4m (WxL) - For wrists, elbows, knees and ankles
• 10cm x 4m (WxL) - Forearm, thigh and calves

How Do I Use the Meridius Crepe Bandage?

When applying the Meridius Crepe Bandage, please select the width of the bandage based on the part of the limb treated. Please make sure the bandage is securely placed, but not so tight as to cause swelling.

1. On the forearm, thigh and calf, apply the bandage around the limb in a spiral pattern overlapping at the least two thirds every time.
2. For wrists, elbows, knees and ankles, please apply the bandage around the limb in an 8-pattern overlapping at least two thirds every time.
3. When you're done bandaging the limb, please secure it with a safety pin.
