White Plastic Mallet Finger Splint

The White Plastic Mallet Finger Splint is a dynamic finger splint designed to support the DIP joint in neutral position.

Designed to help reduce rehabilitation time the Plastic Mallet Finger Splint works to help correct mallet deformity while protecting the distal phalanx and extending the PIP joint. The Plastic Mallet Finger Splint features a perforated design to prevent skin maceration.

The DIP joint, also known as the Distal Interphalangeal Joint, is the end finger joint on the tip of each finger. This excellent Plastic Mallet Finger Splint is available in a range of sizes to suit most people.

Take the measurement from the DIP joint. The DIP joint (also known as the Distal Interphalangeal Joint) is the first finger joint from the tip of each finger.

Mallet finger splints are manufactured in the above sizes however due to individual patients' fingers being different shapes some mesh bandage or similar may be required for a tight comfortable fit. Strapping tape can be used to secure the finger splint.

Please remember to measure the finger which you require the splint for. For example if the thumb is injured and requires a splint measure the thumb.
