How Do I Start Vaping with JUUL2?

If you're looking to transition from cigarette smoking to vaping, the JUUL2 Device and USB Charger has everything you need to get started. The device utilises the same simple click-and-play setup of the original JUUL. All you need to do is click a JUUL2 pod (sold separately) into the device and you're ready to go.

When first starting out, we recommend taking a few light puffs first before slowly working your way up to full inhalation.

Can I Use JUUL Pods with the JUUL2 Device?

First generation JUUL pods are not compatible with the JUUL2 Device. Instead, you must use the latest JUUL2 Pods, which provide an upgraded vapour experience with great tasting new flavours. These new JUUL2 pods include flavours such as:

• Autumn Tobacco (18mg/mL) - mellow tobacco flavour with notes of tangy orchard harvest
• Virginia Tobacco (18mg/mL) - bright, authentic tobacco flavour with a subtly sweet, toasted flavour
• Ruby Menthol (18mg/mL) - wild blush medley flavour with a fresh, wintry finish

Can I Use the JUUL2 Device With my Smartphone?

The JUUL2 Device can be paired with the JUUL smartphone app, which offers multiple features to improve your experience. These features include:

• Data insights: Get a better understanding of your usage patterns with smart insight tracking
• Find my device: Tracks the location of your device so you can find it in an instant
• Key information: Easily access important info such as battery level, e-liquid level and pod identification
• Secure your device: Lock the device from your phone to prevent unwanted use

How Do I Pair the JUUL 2 With the App?

To pair your JUUL2 Device to your smartphone, please follow these instructions:

1. Download the JUUL App from the Google Play Store
2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and then open the app
3. The JUUL2 Device should be within 10ft of your phone
4. Shake the JUUL2 Device until blue lights flash
5. Lights will flash blue once the device has been paired

Please note that the JUUL App is not currently available for iOS, and so cannot be used with an iPhone.

Do I Need a Smartphone to Use the JUUL2 E-Cigarette?

While a smartphone is required if you wish to connect your device to the JUUL App and make use of its extra features, it is not required for you to use the JUUL2 E-Cigarette. You can continue using the JUUL2 Device as you would normally, then whenever you are ready, pair it with your smartphone to utilise the beneficial features.

How Do I Recharge the JUUL2 Battery?

Now with 20% more battery than its predecessor, the JUUL2 Device provides enough charge for a whole day. When the device eventually runs out of battery, recharging is still just as easy as ever. Simply plug the USB Charging Station into a USB power source, then place your device onto the magnetic port. White pulsing light indicates that the device is then charging.

How Do I Check the JUUL2 Device Battery Level?

Tap the side of the JUUL2 Device twice to check its battery. This will make the four indicator lights turn on to signify how much battery is left. The number of lights that come on corresponds to how much battery is left, as follows:

• One Light: 25% remaining - it's time to recharge!
• Two Lights: 50% remaining - keep an eye on your battery!
• Three Lights: 75% remaining - you're still good to go!
• Four Lights: 100% remaining - fully charged!

How Do I Check the JUUL2 Device E-Liquid Level?

With the JUUL2 E-Cigarette, you can check the e-liquid level whenever you connect the device to a pod. Four purple lights will turn on once the pod has been authenticated, and the number of lights corresponds to the level of e-liquid left in the same way as the battery (see above).

How Do I Clean the JUUL2 Device?

E-liquid residue build up on the JUUL2 Device can prevent it from working as intended and may lead to permanent damage. To keep your device in top condition, remove the JUUL2 pod and use a dry cotton bud to gently wipe the area. Please do not try to disassemble the device or pods.
