The Men's Full-Body Compression Garment is available in six sizes. To find your perfect size, please measure your chest and waist at their widest points (as shown in the diagrams below) and match your measurements to the table.

Tips for Choosing the Right Size

Take measurements of the widest part of your waist and the widest part of your hips. If your measurements border on two sizes, choose the larger size for the best fit.

How Do I Wash My Compression Garment?

The Macom Men's Compression Garment should be washed by hand. Please follow the below instructions:

Hand wash at 30°C maximum
Air dry
Do not use bleach or fabric conditioner
Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
Do not remove stains with solvents

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.
