Simulaids Choker Accessory Kit

The Simulaids Choker Accessory Kit contains two choking objects on a string necklace so that students can practice CPR techniques with simulated food boluses. They can be used with any choking manikin of your choice.

One of the objects is designed to represent a 3/4 inch hot dog slice and the other represents a 3/4 inch hard boiled sweet.

How Does The Choker Kit Work?

This is a great kit for students to practise clearing a blocked airway with abdominal thrusts or back blows. Once a choking object is lodged in the airway, students can decide where to place their hands using the anatomical landmarks for reference and how much pressure to complete the manoeuvre. If correct procedures are performed, the manikin will expel the object causing the obstruction.
