How Do I Charge the TTfone Mercury 2 Phone?

The TT200 comes with a USB charging port to eliminate the problem of fiddly cables and wires. Once the port has been initially set up, all you have to do is place the phone on the dock to charge it.

How Loud is the Volume?

Thanks to excellent sound quality and loud volume, you can enjoy much clearer conversations. The ring volume reaches 110.3dB, the call volume 77.4dB, and the speakerphone 105dB. When listening to someone speak, you can use the up or down key to increase or decrease volume.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

I bought this phone for a relative to use in a care home situation.
It is neither easy/intuitive to use, nor does it seem to have the calling stamina to complete a call without cancelling it after very few attempts to connect.
I would like to return it. I cannot recommend it.

Bought this for a family member with hand tremors. Flip phones are best because there's no little green or red buttons to push to answer or end calls: just open and shut it. Three distinct direct dial call buttons are also a big plus. The phone is plastic and a lot lighter than the previous metal one, but the choice of material might explain why this phone has an extra couple of bars in our poor reception area.

Purchased this for my Mother who is 92 and she is getting on well with it so far. Large, clear buttons and screen fairly clear too for a small phone. Good volume. Much more successful than the touch screen option she had before.

I ordered the phone on behalf of my Sister who is elderly & disabled. I was impressed how quickly it came. The phone is very user friendly & has lovely clear numbers on the face etc. The would recommend the phone to anyone.
