Will the Stirrups Slip Inside My Shoe?

The Ossur Ankle Support is designed to be worn over your socks, with a strap located underneath your foot that your shoe is worn on top of. While this could potentially cause slipping, the designers have included silicone dots under the strap to ensure the stirrups stay in a correct and comfy position, meaning you won't have to frequently adjust.

How To Fit the Ossur Gel Ankle Stirrups

To fit this ankle stirrup, please follow these instructions:

1. Step into the brace and check the fit
2. Centre the side stirrups long side lower leg and ankle
3. The heel strap should be under the foot and equal on both side
4. If required, adjust the width of the heel strap
5. Hold the stirrups against the leg while strapping the lower strap around the brace
6. Wrap the top strap then readjust the lower strap to the desired fit
