Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

If you are a man in the UK and have size 10 feet or above make sure you go for a large fit, the description of the item suggests a medium will fit up to a size 10.5, however having received it (my feet are a 10) I'd be surprised if anyone with a size 9 or above will be able to get this on. What's worse is there is only a 14 day returns policy, this was a birthday gift for me so that time had passed and the company 'Health and Care' outright refuse to refund or exchange after this time, despite the item not being used and the description being inaccurate, I recommend you do buy this item, but make sure you buy it in the right size and from someone else, further more I recommend this company change their name to 'Health and Don't Care'

Great Product Hard to Get on for Stiff Pensioner

The product does all that one can expect, and helps this ancient golfer. But for one who struggles to get socks on in morning it is an effort to fit it on, the problem is mainly me lacking flexibility exercises so should not blame a well designed bit of kit

Aircast and durasoft

Ive not had chance to use the dura soft as yet but the aircast is fab. Its slightly larger then description but I just put thicker socks on to help with this issue. It has definitely given me the confidence to become more mobile sooner then anticipated after badly torn n stretched ligaments. The strength is gradually increasing and my physio has agreed that this support is helpful

After sustaining a ligament tear in my ankle it was recommended I purchased a brace. After doing plenty of research and gaining advise from an ex-England netball player the Aircast A60 was the obvious choice. Easy to put on, affordable and comfortable when playing. It gives me my confidence back for those landings! The ice pack is excellent too! I would definitely recommend both these products.
