How Do I Wear the Lumbar Brace for Trunk Stability?

The Aspen Back Brace has a fairly simple design, with quick and easy steps for application. They are as follows:

1. Apply the fully stretch brace so that it's centred on your lower back.
2. Make sure the pull tabs are on the outside of the support.
3. Pull the ends of the brace to your abdomen, and overlap the ends so the hook can grip the loops.
4. Slip your thumbs through the holes of the pull tabs, and pull until tight enough.
