The support features four strong flexible stays to prevent roll over, and dual rear elasticated fulcrums to provide additional compression and support for spine stabilisation.

Sizing of the Breathable Lumbar Support

The Breathable Lumbar Support is available in five different sizes. To find the perfect one for you, please take the circumference measurement of your waist as demonstrated in the image below.

Once you have this measurement, please consult the sizing chart beneath.

Please note that, as some sizes overlap, we advise getting the larger size if you're at the higher end of a size and don't want a tight fit.

Fitting Instructions

In order to ensure your brace provides the correct level of support and stability, please follow our sizing instructions below:

1. Lay your brace flat, untying all Velcro straps
2. Position the brace so the lower blue hem is just above your waistline
3. Connect the twin Velcro fastenings at the front of the brace and secure until compression is achieved
4. Take the loose hanging elasticated supports and fasten to the Velcro pad at the front of the brace
5. Where necessary, adjust all fastenings until compression is achieved in the lower back

How Compressive Is the Breathable Lumbar Support?

If you have followed our sizing instructions and fitting guidance above, your Breathable Lumbar Support should fit comfortably, providing a compressive and supportive fit that draws the muscles and ligaments in toward the lumbar region of your back. If you are concerned about the tightness of your brace or your measurements fall on a sizing boundary, we recommend selecting a size large for optimum comfort.

How Do I Adjust the Compression Level of My Breathable Lumbar Back Support?

To adjust the tightness of your brace, simply change the position of the hook and loop fastening strip located at the front of the brace. The brace itself, as well as the elasticated bands on either side can be adjusted, allowing the user to select a level of tension and support that is right for them and their condition.

A correctly fitted Lumbar Support should fit tightly at the front of your waistline with the twin elasticated belts providing additional compression when fastened down at the front of the brace.
