Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Returns Policy – This Product is Available for Returns and Exchanges

Please note that this product can be returned to us within 30 days of your receiving the product for a full refund or exchange. Only items that are in a resellable condition will be accepted for returns. In order to return your product, please contact our customer care team to obtain the returns authorisation number and returns address. You can contact our care team in the following ways:

Unfortunately, if there has been damage to the packaging or instruction manual, you may be required to pay a 10% re-stocking fee.
