Sizing of the LSO Spinal Orthosis System

The LSO Spinal Orthosis System is available in a range of sizes. To determine the correct size for you, measure your chest, waist and hip circumference, and refer to the first table below. Then, measure your torso at the front and back to ensure a more precise fit, and consult the second table below. You can select the preferred size of the LSO System from the drop-down menu at the top of the page, while the TLSO Extension is available in a universal size.

Improved Stability with the LSO

Using a low density polyethylene construction, the LSO (lumbosacral orthosis) provides exceptional stability. With anterior, posterior, lateral and rotational control, the orthosis system is ideal for keeping the torso stable and prevent further injury.

Comfortable and Easy-to-Use Design

As well as being highly supportive, the TLSO is also incredibly comfortable. A bivalve design with soft foam lining cushions and helps to prevent pressure, and a soft and removable lumbar insert gives lumbar support and stabilisation. The foam lining is also washable to ensure the brace is maintained properly, and the stiff Velcro ensures that the fit is secure yet easy to use.
