The Fall Savers Infrared Bedside Monitor provides reliable protection for patients at risk of fall or unattended wandering, but in some situations false alarms may occur if the system is installed too close to the bed. This Extension Mounting Bracket extends the distance between the Infrared Bedside Monitor and the bed, reducing the risk of false alarms resulting from the movement of blankets or bed clothes.

Reduce False Alarms

This optional metal mounting bracket extends the Infrared Bedside Monitor away from the bed by 10cm (4") to avoid false alarms. It easily clamps to the bed frame, with a maximum clamping thickness of 60mm (2.36"). It is not suitable for installation on divan beds.
