Can I Sleep Upright with This Back Rest?

This is an excellent solution for sleeping upright in bed. Unfortunately, sleeping upright can cause neck pain. To prevent this, we recommend using a neck support or travel pillow similar to the Neck-Eze Travel Pillow if you are going to be sleeping upright.
