The Sidas F-Essentials Cushioning Gel 3D Insoles are available in six different sizes. To find the right one for you, simply match your UK shoe size to the table below.

If you've got a little more time and are after a more accurate fit, we recommend removing an existing insole from a pair of shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest/widest points (as shown below). Once you have these results, please match your measurements to the dimensions listed below.

Two gel pads in each insole provide protection and cushioning to reduce the impacts your feet take in your day-to-day life. A liquid gel pad in the forefoot of the insole keeps your forefoot protected from shocks, and a gel pad at the heel cushions your heel as it strikes the ground while walking or running.

Anatomically Pre-Formed Design

Anatomically pre-formed, the insoles are made with an integrated stabilising shell. This provides support and stability to feet, helping to ensure a more controlled gait for easier and more natural walking.

Anti-Bacterial Top Layer
