Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Bought these for my daughter as a supplementary pair to use alongside her NHS provided pair, makes life much easier not having to swap them over each morning! Excellent fast service and good price.

Perfect for my daughter who is under the podiatrist, unfortunately our puppy chewed one of her insoles so had to replace them. I came across this site and I'm glad I ordered from here.

Delivery time was fast, great communication and overall great service.

Perfect for plantar fasciitis

My son had these prescribed on the NHS by Orthotics to try and align his hips/knees to walk better (he has Down's syndrome and very flat feet and walks on the inner part of his foot). They discharged him with a free return when he needed, however these are exactly what he has from them and to avoid delays as his feet were getting marked with the ones he had as became too small I purchased these. Great! Couldn't be more pleased.

These seem to really working for my daughter. They have totally relieved her foot pain whilst walking and during PE lessons at school.

Great little insoles

These insoles fit nicely in my little boys boots, which are a toddler size 6 and he is tolerating them well so far.
