How Do You Use the Red and Blue Packs?

The product includes the wrap itself and two Ultimate Performance Reusable Hot/Cold Packs to ensure that you're getting effective treatment. Both the red and the blue packs can deliver hot or cold therapy as efficiently as each other, giving you increased versatility in your treatment options.

1. For hot therapy, simply pop a pack in the microwave for 30 seconds at low power or submerge in hot water (up to 80°C) for at least 10 minutes – ideal if you need heat therapy quickly.
2. For cold therapy, simply place in the freezer at least 10 minutes before use, making them quicker than a lot of comparable ice-packs available.
