The Jobst UlcerCARE Replacement Liners are designed to make it easier for patients to change their dressings at home. The silk liners are easy to pull on and off, are machine washable, and can hold wound dressings in place while providing light compression.

What Conditions Are the JOBST UlcerCARE Compression Liners Suitable For?

The JOBST UlcerCARE Compression Liners are suitable for up to 24 hours of wear a day, and can provide mild compression for patients with limited mobility or those taking bed rest. They offer a hygienic barrier between compression stockings and the leg, and can hold wound dressings in place for the care of active ulceration.

These liners are designed to be used with a JOBST UlcerCARE Compression Stocking to treat active venous leg ulcers. They do not provide enough compression for this purpose on their own.

The JOBST UlcerCARE Liners can only provide enough compression for treating venous ulcers when worn with a JOBST UlcerCARE Compression Stocking. Available JOBST UlcerCARE Compression Systems that contain compression stockings include:

Can I Wash the JOBST UlcerCARE Compression Liners?

To make hygienic wound care easier for patients, these compression liners can be machine washed at 60°C whenever necessary. A spare pack can make wound care even easier, as you'll always have a pair of liners handy when the previous ones are in the wash.

What Makes These Liners Easy to Don?

To ensure patients are able to easily manage their own condition, the JOBST Compression liners are incredibly easy to apply, remove and clean. The silken liner can be slid on and off with ease, and is slim enough to wear underneath normal clothes and shoes.

How Comfortable Are These Liners?

The liner of this system is made from a polyamide, elastane and silk fabric blend, offering breathability and flexibility. The liners are also latex-free to avoid triggering allergies or skin sensitivity.

Do the UlcerCARE Liners Provide Compression?

The UlcerCARE Liners only provide a light amount of compression, and are mainly intended to protect the leg and any wounds from compression stockings. They should therefore not be used on their own as compression garments.
