To find your size, simply remove the insole from your current pair of shoes and measure it at the longest and widest point as demonstrated in the image below. When you have these measurements, please consult the sizing chart beneath to match them to the correct size insole for you.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

I have had these insoles in the past through the Nhs, unfortunately they no longer supply these and I have had difficulty ever since, delighted to find them still available on line. Excellent, fitted my trainers right away with no adjustment, will purchase again.

Shoes are more comfortable

I have a problem with toes rubbing together so bought a pair of barefoot shoes. I also have little padding under my feet. The thickest insoles available from the manufacturer weren't sufficient. These are much better but take up more room in the shoes so cramp my toes slightly. If I buy another pair of these shoes, I will go up half a size but at least the ones I have are now wearable.

Bought these insoles for my 87 year old mum who has arthritic feet. She's delighted with them. Delivery within a few days straight through the letterbox. Reasonable price. Excellent service. I am ordering a second pair.
