Relief from menstrual cramps and back pain 28 December 2023 | Sarah
Tried this in the hope it would help - I've always had painful cramps and they've become worse with age (thank you peri-menopause!). Painkillers help a bit but not enough.
This was amazing. Yes I still needed painkillers, but I went from curled up and miserable to able to enjoy the evening. The pads were easy to apply and remove and didn't cause any irritation.
I'm planning to try using it on my shoulder muscles as I have chronic migraine and I'm hoping it will help with the muscles in my shoulders becoming tense and painful.

I purchased this as I was unable to sleep at night due to a very tight and painful TFL. I have been suffering for over 5 years with pain following a hip replacement. While I am waiting on treatment for the ligament, the physiotherapist recommended me this in the pain clinic, and it has been the best purchase ever. Should have purchased earlier. It has different settings, so can be adjusted to meet your needs and switches off automatically once treatment has reached its maximum. Well worth buying for someone in chronic pain.

Really good machine, that doesn't have a time limit, and lots of different settings to suit. Delivery was excellent, rung on Friday afternoon, told I had probably missed the posting slot, so might not get it until Monday or Tuesday, but received it the next day Saturday morning. Very impressed

Bought for female partner for severe lower back pain, she says it's not eliminating pain, though it does alleviate it a little. Previously used one during childbirth and enjoyed the tingling sensations then and now! Will keep going.

As always, the service from Health and Care was excellent. My old TENS, which I bought about twenty years ago, finally broke and I was desperate to replace it quickly. This TENS is small, unobtrusive and works very well. It is simple to use. I do not need anything larger or more complicated. I would certainly recommend it and Health and Care.

Having had lower back pain for years a TENS machine was recommended to me, the results from this machine were unexpected and amazing after 30 minutes lower back ache was gone it came back mildly after 24 hrs so I had another 30 mins that has lasted 5 days so far.
Don’t know if this would suit every body’s symptoms or how long this will work for me but I am one happy customer. Researched on YouTube how to use machine and were to place pads I found this helpful. And yes this is a genuine feedback.

Purchasing my TENS TPN200 plus has brought me pain relief like never before. I'm struggling with osteoarthritis & need a hip replacement. My physio suggested trying a TENS when acupuncture failed to give me the relief it previously had done to carry on living my life & continuing to work.
It's so easy to use. I'm currently using it several hours throughout the day while at work & can relax during the evening while wearing it again. My sleeping pattern is so much better now. Thank goodness I've discovered this wonderful little machine.

I suffer from chronic backache and as I am not keen on taking tablets, tried this and was pleasantly surprised that even after one session, the pain had eased. I now use it on a daily basis and I've found that I am on some days literally pain free. Sorry I didn't know about this sooner. Highly recommended

I have used different types in the past and have found this on to be the best. I like that you can have it going for as long as you need it to with out there being a cut of point after 10 minutes. Like the different settings to suit your needs.
I have fibro and suffer a lot with wrists, back and neck area pain killers don't always work and this give me the relieve. I especially suffer in my neck area. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the pads don't tend to stay on my neck I have to lie in flat and not move as the pads will come unstuck. Other than that a great little unit would recommend to friends.

THE TENS IS NOT SAFE TO USE AS THERE IS NO COVER OVER THE DIALS AND THESE CAN EASILY BE CAUGHT WHEN THE TENS IS IN USE. I DISCOVERED THIS BUT WAS THEN NOT ABLE TO RETURN UNDER THE 14 DAY POLICY AS THE COMPANY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF A TENS MACHINE. BE CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY
