Ferno Adult FernoTrac Traction Splint

A successful evacuation and rescue involves having the right sort of equipment to safely remove the patients from the scene. Although there are a range of supports and splints available to cover different breaks and fractures, they are not ideal when the suspected fracture is of a long bone such as the hip or the femur.

With the Ferno Adult FernoTrac Traction Splint, you can rest assured that even a long bone fracture can be supported and the patient evacuated with the minimum amount of discomfort.

Designed for Comfort and Ease

The pad of the splint is a low profile ischial pad, allowing it to be easily positioned beneath the patient without causing more discomfort to the injury site.

A supportive heel rest can be unfolded and used to support the patient if required. The traction placed on the leg can be constantly monitored and adjusted throughout transportation, keeping the leg in the ideal position.

The FernoTrac Traction Splint is provided with a full length carry bag for ease of transportation.

Technical Details
