How Do I Use the Fitness-Mad Roller?

1. Get down on all fours holding the roller against the ground.
2. Lift your feet off the ground and engage your core.
3. Gently push the roller away from you, maintaining a straight back.
4. Push the roller as far as you can, ideally so that your nose is touching the floor.
5. Reverse this movement to get back into the starting position.
