The Exercise Pulley is also used for slow, passive stretching, and a whole host of home-based range-of-motion programmes. To build muscle strength, a cuff-style weight can be added to one side to increase resistance (weights are sold separately).

Available Versions

The Over Door Exercise Pulley is available in two models. The Extended Metal Bracket version allows the pulley to be fitted to a door and positions the pulleys 38cm (15”) away from the door to provide room for the user to move. The Webbing Anchor version utilises highly-durable webbing which fits between the door and the frame to make the pulley easily transferable to other locations, and to prevent surface scratching.
