For ease-of-display, this chart is also compatible for use with select Precision Vision eye-test cabinets (sold separately).

What Does the Design Being Revised Mean?

As well as this revised design, there are original chart designs available. The differences between the original and revised designs include:

• Revised logMAR charts are not suitable for studies sponsored by the American Eye Institute, original charts are suitable
• Letter-difficulty scoring of each chart differs
• The original and revised designs use the same letters, but present them in a different order
• The original chart is also suitable for low vision assessments, whereas the revised design is not
