The Onyx Three Memory Foam Pressure Relief Cushion utilises memory foam to provide effective pressure relief for users at high risk of developing pressure sores, while also providing a comfortable and stable seating surface.

Effective High Risk Pressure Relief

Made with high quality memory foam, the Onyx Three Cushion provides a fantastic level of pressure relief and weight distribution, suitable for individuals at high risk of pressure ulcers. Alongside memory foam for even pressure reduction, the cushion also features a bottom layer of CMHR foam. This provides an increased level of stability, maximising comfort and efficacy of pressure relief.

Comfortable, Protective Cover

To help you keep your cushion safe and to maintain hygiene, a waterproof, vapour-permeable cover is included. This makes it easy for you to prevent fluid ingress and decontaminate the cushion after use.

As well as providing protection, the cover also features a two-way stretch design. This helps to reduce shear and friction even further, making it incredibly comfortable for the user. The cover even includes a non-slip base and carry handle, making it easier to use and incorporate into day-to-day life.

Non-Slip Base for Stability

Stability is a primary concern for any wheelchair user, and wheelchair cushions must be designed to stay put in the chair during all activities. The Onyx cushion is designed with a non-slip base, ensuring it won't slip around to provide maximum stability in use.

This has been a godsend to me as I am housebound and very rarely go out so you can imagine I do a lot of sitting. The cushion is really comfortable and supportive and feels like you're sitting on air. The best thing I have ever bought, well worth the money.
