Visco Pressure Relief Ring Cushion

How to Use the Visco Ring Pillow

Place the cushion onto a flat surface where required, such as a bench or a desk chair. Once sat on it, the user's hips should be approximately even with the edge of the pillow, and it should lightly touch the backrest of the chair (if applicable). With the buttocks in the centre, the user should lean forwards slightly to help relieve pressure from the back and pelvic region.
