Easy Walk Stability Composite AFO

Drop foot is a condition that can make day-to-day life difficult and even dangerous, as an inability to lift your foot can increase the likelihood of a fall. It's highly important to use the right equipment to stabilise your gait, protect yourself and others, and promote healing of the neuropathic problems that cause drop foot.

The Easy Walk Stability Composite AFO is made from a combination of carbon fibre and other composite materials, making it cost-effective while retaining extremely high levels of functionality and patient comfort. These materials enhance the flexible "spring" effect of the brace, promoting a biomechanically correct gait pattern.

The Easy Walk Advanced Composite AFO is recommended for:

  • Drop foot secondary to neurological pathologies
  • Post op foot and calf extensors
  • Severe ankle deformities
  • Spasticity (mild-moderate level)

The Easy Walk Stability Composite AFO features a three point fixation system at the calf, ankle and foot. This controls medial, lateral and rotational movement to ensure optimal stability and support. Energy return is also enhanced due to the unique deisgn of the support strut, delivering maximum force distribution.
