The Boxia Drop Foot AFO Brace Elastic Tension Strap Only is for use with the Boxia Drop Foot AFO Brace only. Boxia Foot Brace is a highly efficient, comfortable and discreet method for treating foot drop.

Specifications of the Boxia Drop Foot AFO Brace Elastic Tension Strap Only

The tension strap is available in similar sizes to the Boxia Brace, please chose the strap which correlates with your Boxia Brace size. If you do not know the size of your brace you can use the table below to establish which size of brace you already have based on your measurements.

  Ankle Circ. (just above ankle bone) Foot Circ. (immed. behind ball of foot)
Extra Small/Small 13 - 21cm N/A
Medium 21 - 25cm 21 - 25cm
Large 25 - 29cm 25 - 29cm

Delivery Information

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

I mislaid a strap and was glad I found this supplier, as I was almost resigned to having to buy a whole Boxia to replace it. It saved me £30 or so. Very grateful, thanks!

My existing tension strap was quite worn and I expected I would have to buy the whole support again but being able to buy just the strap was ideal. It came very quickly in a secure package.

I bought this elastic strap for my number two strap since I was given my boxia foot strap from the Douglas grant MS hospital in Irvine Scotland what a difference it has made to my walking I have M S with foot drop my aim is to get a spare full strap but what a difference this has mad to me so I will be back thank you . The only other place I could get it was Amazon and they are not as good as you . Thank you yours . Robert Masfarlane. Cheers
