If you play sports, hike, or you're on your feet for long periods of time during the day, you may experience pain on your feet. The Sorbothane Shock Stopper Double Strike Insoles are ideal for any activity where the forefoot and heel are subject to the most impact. This includes all sports, leisure activities and walking or hiking.

Sorbothane Shock Stopper Double Strike Insoles are available in seven different sizes that should suit most adults. To find your best size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.

To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the widest and longest point. Match this width to the dimensions listed below in order to find the pair that will best fit your shoes.

How Thick Are the Double Strike Insoles?

Mimics Human Skin

Designed with Sorbothane's unique visco-elastic material mimics the characteristics of human flesh. This means that at the moment of impact, the insoles change shape to disperse shock waves sideways. This ensures you don't get the full impact on the sole of your foot.

The Shock Stopper Double Strike Insoles feature targeted Sorbothane protection with a moulded heel cup and integral arch support. Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Comfy insoles

. I work in a forest school and am on my feet in boots for 8 hours of the day and was getting achey painful legs. These were recommended to cushion the impact. So far they are very comfy to wear and fitted easily into my boots without the need to cut them. Too early to tell if they stop the aches but they certainly make the boots more comfortable to wear. Good price.

Exactly as described, well packaged and arrived on schedule a few days after ordering with full tracking along the way. Seems to be a good product offering good cushioning, the heel may be raised a little too high for for sharp turns on a tennis court but the cushioning is excellent. This size (11-12.5) fitted my current ASICS UK11.5 trainers perfectly without trimming.

The Sorbothane Double Strike insoles are great. I put them in a cheap pair of trainers that had been hurting my feet - I am on my feet 12hrs a day, working in a residential care home - and, I can honestly say after twelve hours, my feet no longer ache because of the shoes. I have a pair of insoles in my slippers and it's like walking on air. I have just ordered another two pairs to put into two pairs of cheap trainers purchased from an advert (so you know they are going to be cheap and nasty). These insoles are amazing and well worth the money.

Excellent product. Quite 'chunky', and I eventually found that size 9 insoles were best for my size 10 shoes. However, I couldn't remove the original insoles from my shoes, so this may have been a factor. The insoles arrived through my letterbox 3 days after ordering - excellent service.

I bought the Sorbothane insoles following re-constructive surgery of an Achilles tendon. I am sure they have helped with recovery and minimising pain.
