For a more accurate fit, we strongly recommend removing an existing insole from your shoes and measuring it at the longest and widest point (as demonstrated in the image below). Once you have this information, simply match your dimensions against the chart beneath:

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address.
