About the Soft Silicone Gel Heel Sleeves

The Pro11 Heel Sleeves are made from soft silicone gel for maximum comfort. They slip over the heels and around the ankle for a secure fit. These gel heel protectors can be worn with most closed shoes, as well as barefoot.

Cushion and Protect Heels

The Pro11 Gel Heel Sleeves provide cushioning to protect the heels against impact. In doing so, they help to reduce the occurrence of heel fatigue, pain and injury. They also assist in alleviating existing ligament inflammation.

The Pro11 Soft Heel Sleeves can help to treat plantar fasciitis, plantar bursitis and heel spurs. They can also provide cushioning and protection to healing injuries, such as stress fractures and ease heel pain caused by arthritis, tendinitis or diabetes.

These heel sleeves are available in one size only. Due to their stretchy nature, this size should fit most feet.

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

I think these are quite a novel design and I was a bit skeptical, but actually they work really well. They are very comfortable to wear and "stick" just enough inside my boat shoes. I also have the gel heel cushions which are excellent, and these sleeves are not as thick on the heel, but they do stop any rubbing from the shoe across the top of your foot if you are wearing shoes without socks. Still, I'm very pleased with them and they were reasonably priced.

Gel Heels sleeves - provide relief!

Purchased these as I have one heel which gets very cracked and painful especially in warmer months when I have been wearing flip flops and sandals. The sleeve really helped to soften the cracks and reduce pain, Great little product!

These have good shock impact, but they roll up on the heel if you wear them without shoes. Can be difficult to wear with socks.

Although a bit pricey for what they are, they are protecting my heels and I am wearing them. They also make a burning heel feel cool, ideal for wearing in trainers when walking.
