How Do I Use the TensCare Face and Body Toner?

The TensCare EMS Toner utilises a range of preset programmes make it easy to target different areas of the body. The device has 2 facial programmes, one EMS and one microcurrent, and also a specific programme for each muscle group (abs, hips, thighs, bust, arms and calves).

1. First, attach the device to your body via the belt
2. Next, connect the lead wires to the electrode pads, and insert the white pin into the device
3. Next, place the electrode pads on the area you want to treat and power the device on
4. Now you're ready to select which programme you want to use
