Who Can Wear the Raynaud's Gloves?

The Raynaud's Disease Gloves are ideal if you suffer from Raynaud's disease. However, they are also useful for a range of other indications. You may benefit from wearing the silver fibre gloves if you suffer from any condition that reduces blood flow to the finger tips.

How Do the Raynaud's Silver Gloves Work?

The seamless Raynaud's Disease Silver Gloves contain 8% silver fibre, and this natural pure silver minimises any radiative body heat loss by actively reflecting 95% of the heat of your hands back to your skin. This reduces the amount of heat that naturally escapes, making them ideal gloves for Raynaud's.

Additionally, the silver fibre gloves for Raynaud's also help with numbness, tingling and pain that commonly occurs where there is a constant cold. They have been designed to reduce perspiration and also have an antimicrobial fabric, making them more hygienic when compared to some of the other best gloves for cold hands. While there is no cure for Raynaud's disease, the Raynaud's treatment gloves can help you to better manage your condition.

Can I Benefit from Gloves for Raynaud's Syndrome?

If you've only recently heard of Raynaud's disease, you're not alone. Many people people who suffer from Raynaud's symptoms often go undiagnosed for a long time, and as such are unaware of the benefits that silver fibre gloves could have for their hands.

Raynaud's disease is a distressing condition in which the blood is temporarily prevented from reaching the fingers and toes. In its most severe form it is very painful and in secondary Raynaud's ulcerations may occur. If you suffer from symptoms of Raynaud's disease, we'd recommend consulting your doctor for a diagnosis, and in the meantime it's definitely worth investing in a pair of silver gloves for Raynaud's sufferers.

What Do The Silver Fibre Gloves Feel Like to Wear?

The Raynaud's Silver Gloves are made from fine combed cotton and pure natural silver, making them soft and comfortable gloves for Raynaud's sufferers. As they shape to your hands, wrists, and fingers with ease, they allow you to keep your hands feeling warm without compromise to your dexterity.  The cosy cuffs have a finish that protects the integrity of the gloves so you can wear them in comfort time and time again.

Will the Raynaud's Gloves Work with a Touchscreen?

Due to the conductive nature of silver fibre, these gloves will work with the majority of touchscreen devices. This allows you to use your phone and answer calls, all while keeping your hands toasty and warm! Please note that a small number of customers report difficulty using certain types of touchscreen devices while wearing these gloves.

Can I Drive in The Silver Gloves?

The Raynaud's Silver Gloves can be worn while driving. We would, however, recommend ensuring that you are comfortable before using the gloves for this purpose.

Are These Good Typing Gloves?

As the silver fibre gloves conform to your hands well and don't reduce your dexterity, they're perfectly fine as typing gloves for cold hands. If you do find that typing while wearing gloves is uncomfortable, then the Raynaud's Disease Fingerless Silver Gloves may be a better choice.

Are These Available in Any Other Colours?

Unfortunately, the Raynaud's Disease Silver Gloves are only available in grey. If you're looking for more options, our top recommendation includes the Raynaud's Disease Deluxe Silver Gloves, which are available in three colours: Beige, Black and Grey.

What Are the Materials of the Raynaud's Disease Gloves?

The Raynaud's Disease Silver Gloves are manufactured from the following materials:

  • 88% Cotton
  • 8% Silver Fibre
  • 3% Polyamide
  • 1% Elastane

Been getting numb fingers on both hands and these gloves are definitely helping with that, especially in the colder weather.

I have had Raynaud’s for many years, the condition worsening over time. I’ve been sceptical about purchasing these gloves, but am glad I finally did. They don’t stop white finger but if I put them on early enough, they certainly seem to help.
Very quick service and they arrived well packed. I would certainly recommend both the company and the product. Am now thinking of buying their socks too.

I've had reynards for 25 years, nothing helps my fingers keep warm. I'd seen these liners a while ago but at £20+ I gave them a miss. With it getting colder in the UK I decided to take the plunge & spend the money. They arrived quickly and fitted well, however they don't make any difference!
Very disappointed, especially as they are from the reynards website

Firstly, the service from this company has been 5* quality and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
However, the Raynauds syndrome gloves have not worked for me, not even as liners in other gloves and during a spell of late August temperatures around 20 degrees C. Very disappointed.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts.

I'm glad that you found our service to be good, but I am sorry to hear about your disappointment in the Silver Gloves. Customers that find the gloves most effective say that they work best if you put them on when your hands are already warm, allowing them to trap the warmth. We have also heard positive feedback when using them as a liner to other thermal gloves.

I hope that this information helps and thanks again for taking the time to leave a review.

Best wishes,

Alex at Health and Care

Nice Gloves But Unfortunately do not work for us

I must admit I had high hopes of these gloves, which I purchased as part of my husbands Christmas Present, due to the fact that he had been a Raynauds sufferer for many years... However, the first time of using my husbands fingers went white within the first few minutes of being outside.... We live in the south west and it was cold but without frost... We were both very disappointed with this, as the gloves are not cheap and as I said we had high hopes which were unfortunately dashed with the first outing. Would I recommend - not at present.

Very disappointed. The gloves are very nice but didn’t keep my hands warm. I do a lot of dog walking in quite bleak conditions at times and these gloves were quite inadequate. I’ll wear them in warmer conditions.

Excellent gloves for a Raynauds sufferer

I bought these gloves for my daughter who has been suffering with Raynauds for the past 15 years. She purchased a car and had been struggling with painful hands even with the heating on full. She loves the gloves and says they are a total game changer. The fat I gave them to her she did home for the first time pain free and with toasty hands.

Highly recommend for any Raynauds sufferer!
