Geemarc Amplicall 140 Sound Sensor and 100 Wireless Receiver Set

If you work in a noisy care environment, it can be difficult to hear an individual patient calling for help, but with the Geemarc Amplicall 140 Sound Sensor and 100 Wireless Receiver Set, a carer will always know when a patient is in need. The adjustable sound sensor can detect noises in a patient room, or alternatively there is an emergency call button on the sensor too, which sends a signal to the receiver. The Amplicall 100 also has its own emergency button, making this kit ideal for a multi-patient care set-up.

How Does the Geemarc Amplicall Care Alarm System Work?

When you pair the Amplicall 140 and 100, this set has two possible functions: as a sound sensor or as an emergency call button.

  • If used as a sound sensor, it calls the receiver when a loud enough sound is made (how loud this is depends on what you have set it to)
  • If used as an emergency call button, the patient simply presses the button and the receiver is called

Is the Amplicall Bundle Suitable for the Hard of Hearing?

This kit can be used to aid the hard of hearing. The sensor can be placed in the vicinity of a doorbell or smoke alarm, while the SOS button of the 100 can be used as a doorbell. When the sensor detects the sound, or the doorbell is rung, they will send a signal to the receiver. The receiver is extremely loud, going up to 90dB, which is loud enough for someone with substantially reduced hearing.

Key Features and Benefits of Geemarc Amplicall Sound Sensor and Receiver Set

  • Thirty-two available melodies to best suit you or your patients

    • Light flash with alarm (vibration indicator can be added)
    • Just light flash (vibration indicator can be added)
    • Just alarm (vibration indicator can be added)

  • Every paired transmitter has own zone icon on the base to avoid confusion or delay in case of emergency

Adjustable Ringer Goes Up to 90dB

The adjustable ringer on the receiver goes up to massive 90 decibels, so even if you're a few rooms away, or you have really bad hearing, you'll be able to hear the noise. The volume is also adjustable so it can be lowered at night, or to suit your level of deafness.

Never Miss a Call with Sound, Light and Vibrate Alarms

Even with the loud ringer, sometimes care homes and hospitals can get hectic and it can be easy to miss the sound of an alarm. This Amplicall Receiver has a light and optional vibrate alarm as well, so you'll never miss a call.

Doorbell Can Also Function as SOS Alarm

Although the Amplicall 101 can easily be mounted to outside the front door as a bell, it can also be used as a mobile SOS alarm. It includes a lanyard so that a patient or loved one can wear the alarm around their neck and simply press the button when they need attention.

Receiver Can Be Paired with Up to Three More Devices

In addition to the Amplicall 140 Sound Sensor and the included doorbell/SOS alarm, the Amplicall 100 Wireless Receiver can be paired with up to four more transmitters, making it perfect for a care home, hospital or just a multiple patient household. The other compatible transmitters are:
