The smaller of the two, the 2.5mm size is best suited for patients who are infants and children, whereas the larger 4.0mm is best suited to adults.

How Do I Care For Your HEINE Saver Pack?
Firstly the 1000 Disposable AllSpec Tips won't require caring for, as they are single use and can remain in their box until use. The otoscope is suitable for wipe cleaning and wipe disinfection with agents that are recommended in the "instructions for you" handbook that will be supplied with your purchase (also available in the link above). As the design incorporates a permanently attached optical system that can be flipped open, it means that you can clean the instrumentation efficiently.
