Fulcionel Mesh Hernia Support Belt (26cm Depth)

Following abdominal or stoma surgery, patients are at a high risk of developing hernias. In order to prevent or minimise the appearance of hernias, it is highly advisable to wear appropriate support products. The Fulcionel Mesh Hernia Support Belt (26cm Depth) is manufactured from a unique mesh stretch fabric that conforms and moulds over any shape and size of hernia, providing good levels of support whilst remaining very light and highly breathable.

This makes the Fulcionel Mesh Hernia Support Belt the perfect product for the prevention and/or minimisation of parastomal herniation during sporting activity or the sweltering heat of summer.

The Fulcionel Mesh Hernia Support Belt is available in five different sizes – please consult the table below for measurements. The Fulcionel Mesh Hernia Support Belt is a unisex item.

Please note that this version of the belt has a 26cm depth – if less depth is required, 20cm or 15cm versions are also available for purchase.

Fulcionel Hernia Support Belt Easywear GloveThe Fulcionel Belt features a unique easywear glove which enables the belt's Velcro fastening to be easily adjusted to provide a comfortable fit and the required support to suit your personal needs or activities.  

The Fulcionel Mesh Hernia Support Belt features anti-roll silicone bands at both the top and bottom of the belt. The two-way stretch fabric supports muscles, helping to prevent herniation yet allowing the stoma pouch to continue to work. 

Worn against the skin, the breathable fabric provides ultimate comfort.

How Do I Attach My Hernia Belt?

To find out the best way to fit your Fulcionel Mesh Hernia Belt, please view the images and instructions below:

1. Hold the Velcro pad in place at the opposite hip to the side the hernia is located on. Stretch the other side across to meet the Velcro side.

2. Place your hand into the glove space and extend the fabric to meet the Velcro pad. Fasten the fabric against the Velcro until a comfortable yet supportive tension is achieved.

3. To determine an accurate level of tension, ensure you can still make a fist and insert it between the fabric and your waist.

Delivery Information

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.
