Which Size Is Right for Me?

Each beige support belt is fitted to sit over your stomach. If you take a measurement over the fullest part of your stomach, you can find and determine which size will best fit you. If you have a stoma or hernia, you should measure over that.

Even if you fall out of the belt's size ranges, there is enough room for adjustment on each belt to give you a proper fit. Our sizes are as follows:

• 95 - 115cm
• 115 - 135cm
• 135 - 148cm

What is Level 3 Support?

Each "level" of hernia support is based around how much compression force is applied through the garment. This Vanilla Blush compression belt is rated at level 3, meaning it's firm and fitted without feeling too tight around your abdomen. This means belts rated at this level are suitable for most users who are looking for solid support without feeling too squashed.

Adjustable and Inconspicuous

Every Vanilla Blush Hernia Support Belt conceals quite nicely under regular clothing. This belt doesn't reach as high up on your abdomen, but still provides incredible support. Most hernia belts can be seen quite easily because of their hefty Velcro straps, but Vanilla Blush's supports are adjustable and low-profile, allowing for greater discretion.

How Do I Best Use the Beige Hernia Support Belt?

Putting on a Vanilla Blush Hernia Belt can be done in three ways:

1. By inserting your hand into the glove, holding the other end of the belt around your waist, and pushing the Velcro padding shut
2. Fastening the Velcro, stepping into the belt – pulling it up, and adjusting for more or less support
3. If you already have an established hernia: lie on your back, push your hernia inward to get better support, and fasten the Velcro

Regardless of which way you put it on, be sure to keep the Velcro section away from any stomas to allow it to keep functioning. If your stoma bag needs emptying, simply pull up the belt and allow the appliance to release to be drained, or reapply the belt entirely.
