How Do These Bands Relieve Nausea?

The Sea Band Nausea Relief Bands are two knitted, elasticated wrist bands that operate by applying pressure on the P6 or Nei-Kuan acupressure points of the wrist. The bands apply pressure to each wrist via a plastic stud that works to restore balance in the body. The bands are also quick and effective, working within minutes of wearing even if the nausea has already started.

How Do I Position the Sea Band Nausea Relief Bands?

To ensure that you get the most out of your Sea Band, please refer to the positioning instructions below:

• Place your middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist with the edge of the third finger on the wrist crease, as can be seen in the image below. The Nei-Kuan point is just under the edge of your index finger between the two central tendons.
• Position the button facing downward over the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat the process for the other wrist.
