Sizing of the Hernia Belt

The Rebound Hernia Belt is available in a choice of three sizes. To determine the size required, measure the circumference around the waist. The required size can be selected from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Satisfied with the belt you sold me.
It is simple to fix in place and puts pressure on the area required to control my inguinal hernia.
The belt supplied by the pharmacy was useless as it didnt apply any pressure on the area needed.

The belt gives good support and is quite comfortable. I wear it in the gym, as I have what I suspect is just a slight tear in the lower abdominal wall and the belt seems to be stopping it from getting worse and possibly allowing it to heal.

My only criticism would be that the straps that go around the legs could be a little longer. I have fairly thick thighs (24")and they only just fit through the loops enough for me to fasten them
